360Works is a small software development company seeking a project manager to help with day-to-day operations and client service delivery. The primary goal of the project manager is to manage a team of developers to deliver high quality, on-time and on-budget software solutions to our various clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a small business, and juggling multiple priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure client satisfaction through quick response time and high quality service delivery
• Status reports with clients
• Schedules and participates in meetings and calls
• Reviews and monitors budgets
• Schedules and prioritizes developer resources
• Develop and maintain billing projects and work schedules

Skills

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and identify priority projects
• Ability to manage a team of developers as well as clients
• Confidence, resourcefulness, and initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience

• Project Management Experience
• Technical background or experience in software development (specifically FileMaker Pro) a plus

This is a full-time on-site position and candidates must be permanent residents in the Atlanta, GA area. Salary will start at $40K annually + bonus.
